If you receive a product that is different from the description given, or is damaged or faulty, please contact anypaw pet boutique and we will be happy to replace the item or refund the cost.

 

All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to anypaw pet boutique within 7 days of the delivery of the order. If you purchase any item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, anypaw pet boutique will be happy to refund the purchase price excluding any postage and packaging costs. You must send the item back in a resalable condition with all original labels and packaging. Anypaw reserves the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a resalable condition. The item must be returned within 7 days.

 

You may cancel your order in total without reason up to 24 hours after it is placed.

 

If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size ( or refund if no appropriate size is available or exists, excluding any postage and packaging costs) but will ask for additional postage costs at the same rate as your original order. With this in mind we ask you to please measure your pet correctly before placing an order.

Personalised dog & cat blankets are not refundable, as this is a personal item made for the customer and we will be unable to re-sell.  if the item is found to be faulty or we have made a spelling error we will replace or refund, the item must be returned to anypaw if faulty, or if a spelling error has occured please send a photo for us to verify.
